Prime Minister Narendra Modi boldly declared on Wednesday in the election-driven state of Rajasthan that the Congress party's ingrained hubris and reliance on dynastic politics mercilessly punishes those who have the audacity to voice their honest opinions. Speaking with passion, he levied an accusation that senior party leader Rajesh Pilot fearlessly questioned the authority of the party's foremost family in the past, and even today, his son Sachin Pilot is enduring the consequences.

Modi's remarks were perceived as an effort to attract the support of the Gurjar community, to which Pilot himself is a member.

The Prime Minister emphasized the significant role that policy and decision making play in the development of any country or state. However, he expressed his disapproval of the Congress party, accusing them of implementing policies that are detrimental to the people and making decisions that are against the interests of the nation. He criticized the Congress for adopting a lenient approach towards terrorists, rioters, and criminals, as well as engaging in corrupt practices.

Modi further blamed the Congress for indulging in appeasement, corruption, weak law and order, and even leaking exam papers, highlighting how these actions have shattered the dreams and aspirations of countless young individuals.

During his visit to tribal-dominated Sagwara, Modi cautioned the people against supporting other political parties, specifically mentioning the Bharatiya Adivasi Party that was established before the assembly elections. He urged them not to repeat the mistake of being deceived again, as these parties have simply rebranded themselves with a different name.

Furthermore, Modi criticized the Congress for neglecting the tribal community and failing to address their needs. He mentioned several central schemes aimed at tribal welfare and drew a parallel between the Congress' treatment of tribals and the British rule's subjugation of Indians, stating that the Congress has insulted the honest and modest tribal population.

In response, Congress spokesperson Swarnim Chaturvedi dismissed Modi's comments as unwarranted and stated that all party leaders have the right to express their opinions freely. Chaturvedi expressed confidence in the Congress government's accomplishments and their commitment to fulfilling promises, assuring that the party will return to power in Rajasthan.
